• Planning, development, and delivery support for training.
• Model development and stabilization planning for go-live support.

• Experience with full-cycle systems implementation.
• Project management skills.
• Process improvement experience.
• Prior utility or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Auditing stakeholder change impacts.
• Updating and creating team-based training materials (including job aids).
• Developing and executing a go-live communications plan.
• Supporting the development of a go-live model.
• Collaborating with OMS 2.6 Update project team leaders.
• Engaging with stakeholders across Transmission & Distribution, Customer Operations, and Grid Operations.
• Collaborating with Integrated Grid SMEs.
• Working with an SI and managing large-scale full-cycle technology implementation projects.
