Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their change management needs and develop customized strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and leaders in executing change initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity to foster a respectful and courteous work environment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience within the Energy industry.
• Strong background in Learning/Training Development and Change Pathways.
• Experience with regulated utilities is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Adoption Measurement techniques.

Preferred Skills
