Change Management Consultant

Requirements

• 6+ years experience overseeing activities focused on driving culture changes
• Helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams
• Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders
• Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out

Pay

Payrate: $70.00 - $72.00/hr.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $72.00 /hr.
