Change Analytics Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Change Management Practitioner to join our team. This is a contract position based in Tampa, FL 33607. The client is a steel producer and one of the leading suppliers of long steel products in the Americas. The project scope is a multi-year initiative to modernize its SAP landscape by migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state
• Develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
• Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
• Apply deep expertise to design and implement effective change strategies that align with organizational goals
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
• Analyze change impact and develop actionable insights to improve transition success and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across the organization
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine change processes and tools

Qualifications

• Previous change management experience required
• SAP implementation experience is a plus

• Master proficiency in Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics (suggested)
