CGO Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers and provides prompt, courteous service.
• Assists associates to help resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follows company policy to increase customer satisfaction.
• Works cooperatively and maintains an open line of communication with applicable departments in the store.
• Maintains integrity of the CGO system throughout the entire store.
• Balances on hand and investigates and resolves issues.
• Utilizes all required applications and current technology related to CGO operations.
• Ensures all reports and records are accurate, complete, and retained in accordance with Company policy.
• Creates daily pick lists for all departments.
• Performs daily out-of-stock counts and investigates reasons.
• Investigates overstock items and resolves miss-picks or forecasting issues.
• Creates secondary display settings as directed by Store Manager.
• Identifies and resolves planogram integrity issues.
• Aids in the signage of out-of-stock merchandise.
• Maintains accuracy of balance on hands.
• Supports the Blue Chip program for secondary product locations.
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of salvage and transfer processes.
• Collaborates with the Regional CGO analyst to resolve issues and concerns regarding out-of-stock conditions.
• Maintains general sanitation in the department.
• Fulfills cleaning schedules and department guidelines.
• Disposes of trash properly.
• Performs other staff duties as required.
• Serves as indirect supervisor for associates in the department.

Qualification Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• No prior experience required, but two (2) years or more retail grocery experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position starts at $12.77 and can go up to $20.00. Weis Markets offers a competitive salary along with a variety of benefits and resources, including:
