Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination across central office departments, tracking workstreams, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives move forward on schedule.
  • Conduct research assignments in support of strategic planning, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and other organizational priorities as needed.
  • Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership, board reporting, and cross-functional team use.
  • Provide administrative support to central office leaders, including scheduling, meeting preparation, document management, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a cross-functional support resource, flexing across departments to assist with special projects, peak workloads, and emerging organizational needs.
  • Promote AI-enabled productivity initiatives, identifying and implementing tools and workflows that improve efficiency and output quality across the central office.
  • Help build and maintain scalable processes, templates, and operational resources that support consistent execution across HSH's growing club portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or operations support role, ideally within a sports, entertainment, or fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional materials for a range of audiences.
  • Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • Genuine curiosity about and comfort with AI-enabled productivity tools, with a willingness to explore and advocate for emerging technologies that improve team efficiency.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a remote, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or multi-unit consumer businesses strongly preferred.
