CGO Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers and provides prompt, courteous service.
• Assists associates to help resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Fulfills company policy to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Works cooperatively with applicable departments, including Store Management team, Department Managers, and Night Crew.
• Maintains integrity of the CGO system throughout the store.
• Balances on-hand issues and resolves them.
• Utilizes required applications and current technology related to CGO operations.
• Ensures accuracy, completeness, and retention of all reports and records in accordance with company policy.
• Creates daily pick lists for all departments.
• Performs daily out-of-stock counts and investigates reasons.
• Investigates overstock items and resolves issues related to forecasting or miss-picks.
• Creates secondary display settings as directed by Store Manager.
• Identifies and resolves planogram integrity issues by communicating with other departments.
• Affixes out-of-stock merchandise signs to comply with company standards.
• Identifies and corrects inaccuracies in balance on-hand.
• Maintains “Blue Chip” program for secondary product locations.
• Collaborates with Regional CGO analyst to resolve issues and concerns regarding out-of-stock conditions.
• Maintains general sanitation in the department, adhering to cleaning schedules and department guidelines.
• Disposes of trash properly.
• Performs duties in accordance with all company policies and programs, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Utilizes all company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• May assist in other departments as required.

Qualification Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• No prior experience required, but two (2) years or more retail grocery experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position starts at $15.00 and can go up to $22.00. Weis Markets offers a competitive salary with various benefits and resources, including:
