About the role
Achieve financial strategy, M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting responsibilities in a highly reputable healthcare company. Ideal for a CFO with 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive financial strategy
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations
- Lead the M&A diligence process and provide strategic financial input and leadership
- Direct FP&A activities and provide insights to the executive team
- Ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial reports
- Implement and maintain internal control systems
- Collaborate with other C-level executives on financial strategy and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategies and decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency with financial management software and MS Office Suite
