Responsibilities

• Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital structuring.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Managing healthcare accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Overseeing revenue generation and managing cash flow to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.
• Providing monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and forecasts.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborating with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding company policy and strategy.
• Participating in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
• Ensuring all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.

Requirements

• An MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in healthcare accounting, revenue management, monthly reporting, and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of private practice healthcare operations and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• A strong commitment to ethical business practices and integrity.

Pay

$300,000 - $400,000 per year
