For immediate consideration contact Lisa James at (859)788-3684 We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial direction of our organization in Central, Kentucky. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy, strengthen financial performance, and support sustainable growth. The role requires a forward-thinking finance leader who can balance strategic planning with operational discipline across a manufacturing-focused environment. Responsibilities:• Shape and carry out the company’s financial roadmap to support expansion, profitability, and capital priorities.• Advise executive leadership with financial insights, performance analysis, and practical recommendations that inform major business decisions.• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities, including scenario analysis and evaluation of enterprise risks.• Deliver meaningful financial reporting and profitability analysis across products, customers, distribution channels, and operating sites.• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring timely financial statements, reliable internal controls, and compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.• Manage liquidity, working capital, lending relationships, and debt covenant obligations while improving cash performance.• Lead and develop the finance and accounting function, promoting accountability, collaboration, and high standards of execution.• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost performance, inventory management, throughput, and margin protection in a high-volume manufacturing setting.• Assess capital projects, strategic investments, and potential transactions, and prepare financial materials for board-level review and discussion. • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for accounting, planning, and business strategy. • Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial reporting within a complex business environment. • Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, working capital management, treasury activities, and lender relationship management. • Experience overseeing corporate income tax compliance, audits, and financial controls. • Background in strategic planning and profitability analysis, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations. • Proven ability to build strong relationships across executive leadership, operations, and external partners. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, supported by sound judgment and ethical leadership.
