We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversight for our organization. This executive will guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls while partnering with senior leadership to support sound business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s financial planning activities, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate financial performance, identify risks, and recommend actions that support organizational goals.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance practices across the business.
- Lead operational and financial audit activities, coordinating documentation, responses, and corrective action plans as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, cost structure, and key financial metrics to improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.
- Provide leadership to finance and accounting teams, setting expectations, developing talent, and driving high standards of performance.
- Support benefit-related financial planning, including cost analysis associated with health insurance and other employee programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level oversight of accounting and finance functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational budgets in a dynamic business setting.
- Strong background in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements.
- Experience leading or supporting operational audits and implementing financial process improvements.
- Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance standards, and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior stakeholders.
