Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Review and improve financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payroll approval and accounting operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support ongoing system optimization and financial reporting enhancements.
- Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Perform additional financial leadership responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Previous experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.
- Experience leading accounting teams through organizational change or transition.
- ERP implementation or optimization experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
