CFO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee audit processes, internal controls, and cost management initiatives
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow planning, and banking relationships
• Direct insurance programs and vendor relationships, including workers' compensation and fleet coverage
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to support key business decisions
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of approximately six accounting and finance professionals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization
• Strong expertise in accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance
• Demonstrated success managing banking relationships, financing initiatives, and insurance programs
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture planning and day-to-day execution
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills with executive stakeholders
