Function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within the private equity sector
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and solve complex problems
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations is an advantage
