CFO Advisory GTM Lead (Capital Markets)

About the role

CFO Signals is seeking a CFO Advisory GTM Lead to understand the needs of investment-grade and credit-worthy CFOs, shape a commercial offer, and sell the service to key finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with the right CFO targets and referral routes
• Pressure-test capital signals worth a conversation
• Improve the Capital Opportunity Scan language for internal forwarding
• Map supplier and advisor routes
• Run targeted outreach and follow-up
• Join buyer discovery calls
• Turn market feedback into a repeatable GTM process

Requirements

• Experience speaking credibly with CFOs, treasurers, capital markets teams, capital providers, and advisor networks
• Ability to translate learning into a sharper offer
• Strong understanding of capital events, including CapEx, incentives, tax, liquidity, refinancing, and asset-backed capital decisions
• Background in specialty finance, equipment finance, lease finance, ABL, private credit, corporate treasury, corporate real estate finance, capital markets business development, CFO advisory, tax/incentives, founder-led advisory, PE operating work, or a similar role

• Proven ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
