Certified Surgical Technician – Travel Job

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room, ensuring patient safety by preparing the environment, sterilizing equipment, and supporting surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures, primarily orthopedic and robotic cases
• Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment
• Support surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety

Requirements

• Current certification from an NBSTSA-accredited program
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years of OR tech experience
• Experience with orthopedic and robotic-assisted surgeries preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced OR settings with variable start times
• Willingness to work on-call one day per week and every 4th weekend preferred
