Certified Surgical Tech – Travel Job

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room, ensuring patient safety through preparation, sterilization, and support during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment
• Assist surgical team during procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure safety protocols
• Willingness to float to other facilities as needed

Requirements

• Current certification from an accredited NBSTSA program
• BLS Certification
• At least 2 years’ experience as a surgical tech in a surgical environment
• For CVOR roles, 2 years’ experience as a CVOR technologist in cardiac surgery

Ideal Candidate

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care, with flexibility to work shifts, including every third shift, every other holiday, and occasional weekend work. No on-call required.
