Demonstrates clinical competence in relevant surgical procedures and the ability to float between pre and post assignments.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, documenting information accurately.
Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, remaining calm and focused in stressful situations.
Exhibits strong organizational skills with a high level of detail orientation and analytical ability.
Provides excellent customer service with a patient-centric approach.
- Utilizes basic computer knowledge and MS Office applications; working knowledge of Cerner is an asset.

- High School Grad or Equiv
- N/A
Work Experience
- 4+ years experience working in a multi-specialty setting
- 2+ Years of experience in Robotics

Licenses And Certifications
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
- State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- OR NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Pay Range
$23.91 - $44.46
