Responsibilities
- Oversight of shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
- Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
- Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
- Monitoring of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
- Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Training of new team members on critical job functions.
Requirements
Experience as a Shift Manager is required.
Qualifications
