Certified Shift Manager Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Ensuring compliance with McDonald's food safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Effective communication with Crew and preparing the next Shift Managers for success.
• Achieving and supporting departmental goals during shifts.
• Maintaining restaurant operations by monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Scheduling Crew members and fostering high performance.
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

Experience as a Shift Manager preferred.
