Certified Shift Manager Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
• Monitoring of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
• Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

Experienced Shift Manager position available for an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Must have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a Shift Manager preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
