Your New Role

Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.73 / hour; based on experience.
Hours: PT (12-29hrs), FT (30-40hrs)
Time of Day: M-F: Between 12PM and 12:30AM, Sat/Sun: 12:30-8:30 (Shifts may vary based on need)

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment.
• Set the standard for hospitality in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience.
• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
• Support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards.
• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

• Physical Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements; Ability to stand for extended periods; Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
