Certified Shift Manager Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
• Monitoring of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
• Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

Experienced Shift Manager position available with an independent McDonald’s franchisee.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of McDonald's food safety and service standards.
• Experience with scheduling and managing staff.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
