Certified Shift Manager Weekends required
Pay Range: $17.25 to $23.00 per hour. The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, certifications, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned shifts and help ensure that every customer receives fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Provide leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Supervise food-safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure McDonald’s standards are met.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to crew members during assigned shifts.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and the next shift manager.
- Achieve restaurant targets during assigned shifts.
- Help restaurant departments meet their goals.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage crew deployment and break schedules during assigned shifts.
- Encourage strong performance and teamwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure quality food production.
- Train new team members on essential job duties.
- Address customer concerns professionally.
- Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
- Complete assigned shift-management and administrative tasks.
Employees may perform additional responsibilities based on the operational needs of the restaurant.
