Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full Time

About the role

Provide anesthesia services under medical supervision for diverse patient groups, including neonatal to geriatric, during surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients pre-operatively
• Select and administer anesthesia
• Monitor intraoperative and postoperative conditions
• Manage airway, fluid balance, and emergencies
• Maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists
• Precept students
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and controlled substances
• Foster courteous interactions with staff and patients

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Valid California RN and CRNA licenses
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and national CRNA certification
• Experience in anesthesia for major procedures across all age groups
• Strong technical, clinical, and communication skills
• Additional expertise in charting, equipment, and staff education is preferred
