Certified Physician Assistant

About the Role

A full-time, onsite Certified Physician Assistant with orthopedic spine and extremity expertise is sought to join a well-established multispecialty clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.
• Manage new patient assessments, follow-ups, and postoperative care.
• Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests, imaging, and therapies.
• Perform office procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections.
• Prescribe medications, devices, and post-op care.
• Educate patients and coordinate care across specialties with supervision from the Medical Director.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PA program and active Washington or Oregon PA license.
• Minimum of 4 years orthopedic experience, specifically in spine and extremity care.
• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic technology.
