Role Overview: A full-time, onsite Certified Physician Assistant with orthopedic spine and extremity expertise is sought to join a well-established multispecialty clinic. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.Manage new patient assessments, follow-ups, and postoperative care.Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests, imaging, and therapies.Perform office procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections.Prescribe medications, devices, and post-op care.Educate patients and coordinate care across specialties with supervision from the Medical Director.Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and apply evidence-based practices. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited PA program and active Washington or Oregon PA license.Minimum of 4 years orthopedic experience, specifically in spine and extremity care.Ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting.Proficiency with EHR systems and basic technology.
