Certified Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reports to meet the needs of teams.
  • Reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors.
  • Generate, format, and analyze reports using SAP, Service Now, and other software applications.
  • Enter data manually or upload to various software applications such as LCPtracker.
  • Develop and maintain a network with all levels of company management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external departments.
  • Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain weekly submissions.
  • Utilize SAP to pull information and report on company craft hours for compliance.
  • Monitor and contact subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively through emails with field personnel for customer service.
  • Pull payroll weekly for projects and export information via SAP.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a professional role (banking, HR, accounting, payroll, or office-related).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliability and self-motivation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to have tough conversations about compliance.
  • High school diploma required.

Qualifications

  • Prevailing wage experience is a plus.
  • Experience with certified payroll submission is beneficial.
  • Time management skills.
  • Understanding of HR regulations.
  • Accounting, back-end, or banking experience is advantageous.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.
