As a COTA at Symbria, you’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to regain independence and improve their daily lives. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks.
- Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation.
- Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team.
- Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Hold a valid or pending state license (new graduates welcome).
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus but not required.
