About the role

We help people with disabilities live their best lives. We are seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs).

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal care, such as getting dressed and eating.
• Take residents to community outings and help them enjoy hobbies, recreation, and time with friends.
• Be the "voice" for our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are heard.
• Provide expert care using your training to assist with physical care, medical needs, and safety during challenging moments.
• Help keep living areas clean and participate in team meetings to plan the best care.
• Learn new skills through specialized training and maintain your CNA certification with our support.

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate is required.
• Completion of internal Greenhouse (Shahbaz) training within 6 months of hire.
• Education and experience substitution options available:
• 2-4 years of progressive work experience in Human Services with knowledge at the level of a Human Services Aide.
• Associate's degree in Healthcare.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications include 0-1 year of progressive work experience in Human Services with knowledge at the level of a Human Services Aide.
• CNA certification at the time of hire.
• Ability to complete Greenhouse (Shahbaz) training within 6 months of hire.

Benefits

This position is eligible for a $2,000 Hiring Bonus.
