About the role

We are seeking an empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential, hands-on care in our compassionate family environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful assistance with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Skillfully assist residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Act as a primary advocate by reporting physical or mental changes to the nurse.
• Maintain clean environments and complete accurate electronic care reports.
• Work under nursing leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licence: Must hold an active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience: Long-term care experience preferred, but not required—we welcome dedicated individuals!
