How You Get Paid

• Bucket 1 - Remote Patient Monitoring (70-95% of pay): Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications. Respond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected (e.g., dangerously high blood pressure). The more efficiently you work, the more you earn. Can be done from home (8 AM-5 PM) or on-site.
• Bucket 2 - Patient Enrollment (On-Site): $15 per enrolled patient. Be present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM program. When a patient comes in, you have 10 minutes to introduce the program and walk them through enrollment. Real-time access to the patient schedule — you always know what your day looks like. Submit your preferred on-site days weeks in advance (3-5 days); the team schedules around your availability.
• Bucket 3 - On-Site Hourly Base: $7.25/hour. Clock in/out during on-site hours — covers commute time and gas. During downtime between enrollments, continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station — earning from all 3 buckets simultaneously.

Requirements

• CMA, CCMA or LPN Certification / License
• Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Office procedures
• Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
• Proficiency in managing Medical Records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus
