Responsibilities
- Provide routine clinical tasks
- Perform routine blood drawing procedures
- Take and document vital signs, height and weight
- Absist with PPDs and EKGs
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist with patient hygiene, ambulation and dressing changes
Qualifications
- Florida or National Certification is required for Certified Medical Assistants
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- A valid AHA CPR card
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
