In this role, you’ll support providers, deliver high‑quality clinical care, and help ensure smooth patient flow in a fast‑paced primary care environment. This position is ideal for an MA with strong primary care experience, confidence in labs and injections, and a team‑player mindset. ‎ How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements ‎ Medical Assistant II (Certified/Registered) Location: 400 8th St N, Naples, FL 34102 A Day in the Life Conduct comprehensive patient intakes: vitals, medical histories, medications, allergiesAssist providers with exams, minor procedures, wound care, and splintingPerform EKGs, immunizations, injections, specimen collection, and point‑of‑care testingPrepare, label, and process lab samplesMaintain infection control, safety protocols, and equipment calibrationSupport triage, care coordination, and transitions across clinical settingsProvide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and preventive careDocument clinical data and provider instructions in the EHRSchedule appointments, manage referrals, authorizations, and test resultsVerify insurance and assist with prior authorizations and patient registrationMaintain inventory and prepare exam/procedure roomsParticipate in quality‑improvement initiatives, audits, and safety drillsCommunicate effectively with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teamsUphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and compliance standardsProvide compassionate, culturally competent care to diverse patient populationsDemonstrate excellent guest service and teamworkPerform other duties as assigned What You Bring Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA)-Required2–5 years of MA experience in a healthcare settingPrimary Care experience required; Urgent Care preferredGraduate of an accredited MA programBLS certification requiredSkilled in vitals, EKGs, injections, specimen collection, and clinical room setupKnowledge of infection control, universal precautions, and sterile techniqueFamiliarity with EHR systems and accurate documentationStrong medical terminology and scheduling skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinicReliable attendance and commitment to exceptional patient careBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision insurance401(k)7 paid holidaysGenerous PTOSupportive, team‑focused work environment Equal Employment Opportunity MPG is committed to equal employment opportunities.
