Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and track overall wait times.
• Prep injection supplies, route patients, and collect relevant information to streamline processes.
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures, providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols.
• Manage all medical inventory, ensuring the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience.
• Proficiency in medical software and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Pay

Competitive compensation ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
