Certified Medical Assistant

Position Summary

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you’ll play a vital role in both Patient Care Coordination and Human Resources operations. From staffing and documentation to basic clinical tasks like PPD placement, your contributions will directly support our care teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally answer and direct phone calls
• Aid HR and Patient Care teams with administrative duties
• Process timesheets, scan/upload documents
• Manage outgoing/incoming mail and faxes
• Administer TB skin tests and maintain records
• Support follow-ups for positive PPD results
• Provide general clerical assistance as needed
