Certified Med Tech - Supervisor in Charge (SIC) - Carolina Reserve of Durham

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must complete Supervisor-in-Charge application
• High School diploma or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Must have current CNA certification or completed PCA training
• Must be familiar with state regulations and willing to work with state inspections in the survey/monitoring process
• On an annual basis, must complete 12 hours of continuing education credits related to the management of Assisted Living homes and care of geriatric and disabled residents
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members
• Able to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors
• Able to work well with others and promote a team environment
