Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Certified)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision
• Conduct assessments such as FBAs and skill evaluations
• Ensure treatment fidelity across client cases
• Mentor and support Program Managers and Interventionists
• Promote professional development
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards
• Maintain billable hours
• Supervise team productivity
• Deliver direct services
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide training to staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• BCBA certification
• Strong ABA skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, a plus
• Preferred experience areas include behavior analysis, autism, social skills, and developmental conditions
• A customer service mindset and the ability to give constructive feedback are essential
