About the role

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides leadership, clinical oversight, and mentorship in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases to ensure high-quality services
• Conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and support Program Managers and Interventionists
• Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards
• Facilitate training for staff, families, and educators

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in behavior analysis, autism, social skills, or related fields
• Strong ABA and clinical expertise
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to client success and team collaboration
