Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Certified)

About the role

Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases, conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, developmental skills evaluations), and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct services, including oversight of program managers and interventionists, ensuring treatment fidelity and client progress.
• Ensure team professional development through mentoring, feedback, and supervision aligned with BACB standards.
• Conduct functional analyses, provide behavioral training to families and staff, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings when appropriate.
• Maintain billable hours and documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA, clinical, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are valued.
