Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech

About the role

Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Assisted Living Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its brand‑new assisted living community in Apex, located just off I‑540 at Hwy 64. The role involves supervising care staff, administering medications, and providing personal care services to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support care staff (Personal Care Assistants)
• Administer medications in accordance with state regulations
• Provide personal care services to residents
• Ensure compliance with assisted living policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years
• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior experience working with seniors (strongly preferred)
• Active North Carolina Med Tech (MT) Certification (required)
• Active CPR Certification (preferred)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in an assisted living setting is a plus
