Responsibilities

• Leading shift assignments
• Managing attendance
• Ensuring adequate coverage
• Delivering hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Coaching caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation
• Reviewing charting to ensure compliance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitoring resident well-being and communicating concerns promptly
• Supporting onboarding and mentoring new team members
• Promoting safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• First Aid certification
• Medication Administration certification
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred
