About the role
Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Assisted Living Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. The Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech will support the supervision of care staff while being responsible for the administration of medications and supporting the Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors.
Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to residents on a daily basis
- Supervising staff
- Keeping an updated work schedule as call outs/changes occur
- Assuring training is up to date
- Following established safety precautions
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Active North Carolina MT Certification required
- Active CPR Certification required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
