Certified Logistic Technician Instructor

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of field of instruction; subject matter of curriculum.
• Skill in making presentations to groups of students.
• Skills in using all available resources to further educate students.
• Able to plan and prioritize work.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and some weekend assignments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Requires certification through Manufacturing Skill Standards Council or willingness to obtain certification to teach on an ongoing part-time basis.
• Work experience in a logistics setting and/or a minimum of an associate degree in related technical field.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in a classroom environment.
• Must be able to communicate with students and co-workers.
• Must be able to read and complete reports and evaluations.
