Certified Homecare Aide - HCA

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregiver Angels. For those who are not certified, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training. We are a home care agency dedicated to providing flexible, meaningful work with seniors and fostering an award-winning team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 care with clients in their homes
• Ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent
• Assist with a variety of tasks including companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship
• Work various shifts including short, long, overnight, and live-ins
• Support clients with errands and daily activities

Requirements

• HCA (Certified Homecare Aide)
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Exemption Letter with Active NAR
• Driver's License if applicable

Pay

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, weekly payroll

Hours per week

• Full Time: 32 hours and eligible for all benefits
• Part Time: Less than 32 hours on average
