Homecare Aide - HCA
About the role
Visiting Angels is looking for compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregivers to join our team serving residents of King County. If you are not certified, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training. As a Caregiver, you will work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure they are able to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Our client care includes everything from companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed-bound personal care, and end-of-life hospice care with nurse delegation. You may be responsible for assisting clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship.

Schedule and shifts
- We provide a variety of shifts: short, long, overnight, and live-ins
- We work around your identified availability and the cities where you would like to work
- Shifts available 7 days a week: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Overnight, Live-ins
- Full Time is 32 hours per week and eligible for all benefits; Part Time is less than 32 hours on average
Service areas
We serve the greater King County area including Seattle, North Seattle, West Seattle, South Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Sammamish, Shoreline, and Des Moines.
Pay
$18.00–$22.00 per hour with weekly payroll.

Requirements
- License: HCA, CNA, or Exemption Letter with Active NAR
- Driver's License if applicable
- Work Authorization: United States (Required)
- Caregiver Client Ratio: 1:1
