Home Care Aide - HCA

We are seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping others to join our team. We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals so they can remain in their homes. Our caregiver services range from simple companionship and personal care to more complex cases when care is needed for someone living with chronic disease, stroke, or recovering from surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care, including companionship and personal care
• Assist clients with chronic disease management, stroke recovery, or post-surgery care
• Use a smartphone for electronic visit verification (EVV) and caregiver notes

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in-home care (professional or private)
• Must be 18 years old and able to work legally in the US
• Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with shot record
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual and multilingual caregivers welcomed)
• Ability to pass extensive background checks, including Live Scan fingerprinting
• Negative TB screening within the last 90 days
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Compassionate, understanding, flexible, and a true desire to help others

Pay

$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts
• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
• 20-45 hours per week
