Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical, in-home care to senior clients
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
• Provide patient care services, including transfers, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Maintain accurate records of client care and submit reports as required
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
