Certified Engineer In Training - Transportation
The ideal candidate will possess an innovative mindset, strong time management skills, organization, and a positive work ethic.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Performing engineering assignments and working from designs of others
- Compiling data, performing design computations, and preparing engineering plans
- Developing plans, specifications, and inspection reports as needed
- Applying standard practices and techniques in specific situations
- Adjusting and correlating data, recognizing discrepancies in results, and following operations through a series of related steps
- Working under close supervision and receiving specific instruction on required tasks and results
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business, technology, and professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
Additionally, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (recent graduate)
- Certified E.I.T.
