Job Summary

Patient Care Representatives are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth patient interactions. They greet and direct patients, assist with check-ins, and handle various administrative tasks.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff upon entry.
  • Maintain reception areas and provide assistance as needed.
  • Verify and assist with patient questionnaires and forms.
  • Print daily schedules and disseminate information via phone and software systems.
  • Cross-check and update patient charts.
  • Complete appointment confirmations and collect payments.
  • Fill out essential reports and forms.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated knowledge of materials, methods, instruments, and equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to patient inquiries.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and respond positively to patient requests.
  • Associate's degree preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position located in [CITY, STATE]. Days and hours are subject to travel to other locations as necessary.
