Patient Care Representative
Overview
Sentara MJMG Greene Family Medicine is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Ruckersville, VA area!
Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM). Tuesday (8:00AM to 8:00PM).
Primary Responsibilities
- Completing check-in and check-out functions including collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records.
- Answering telephone calls and greeting all patients and visitors with a smile.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma. Customer service experience preferred.
